PILATES FOR BEGINNERS & IMPROVERS FRIDAYS 12.30pm to 1.30pm
Hope Centre, Hampden Road, Sale Pilates for Core Strength, Toned Muscles, Flexibility, Balance, Posture, Wellbeing and Calmness reduce aches and pains caused by muscular imbalances and posture defects feel more in control of your body and how you use your muscles
£5 per class, pay when you arrive
Wear comfy, flexible clothes, but not baggy as I need to be able to see your posture! Bring two layers in case you feel warm/cold.
The class is performed barefoot, but wear indoor soft, flexible pumps or grip socks if you prefer.
Bring your own roll-up mat (or use my shorter ones), water to keep you hydrated, and a towel to place under your head if need be.
ALL AGES AND ABILITES ARE WELCOME. HOWEVER, PLEASE CONTACT ME IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE ANY PHYSICAL ISSUES THAT MAY MEAN YOUR PILATES EXPERIENCE WILL NEED TO BE MODIFIED. THIS IS IMPORTANT SO THAT I CAN PLAN FOR YOU.
