Enjoy a deep relaxation at the end of each class to refresh your body and mind and reduce stress. My classes are friendly and welcoming to men and women of all ages and abilities. You don’t have to be flexible to begin with just come and enjoy!

Class Passes £35 for 5 or £50 for 10 lessons. Individual classes £8.50. Sorry no drop ins.

Working strongly but safely in the yoga asanas (postures) with the use of props such as blocks, bricks, belts etc. to achieve correct alignment in the poses for maximum benefit, whatever your level of fitness and flexibility.
