Working strongly but safely in the yoga asanas (postures) with the use of props such as blocks, bricks, belts etc. to achieve correct alignment in the poses for maximum benefit, whatever your level of fitness and flexibility.
Monday 0930 – 1100 hrs , Wednesdays 0930 – 1100 hrs (TERM TIME ONLY)
